Wow. Best Indian food I've ever had and I'm blown away. I had Paneer Pakora, Garlic Naan, veggie biryani, & chana masala. The flavors were amazing. This place should be packed ! Can we appreciate how perfectly cooked the Naan is in my photo?? Great service. Host was genuinely happy to be there and that translates throughout the delectable meal. Yall got something here! Another joy about Indian dining are the beautiful dishes and these serving dishes were very heavy duty and visually pleasant. I would love to see a bit more decorations but no complaints. Will revisit 🥰

This place is a no frills hole in the wall type place, but they keep it clean and the food speaks for itself. My mom, sister, nephew and I came here for early dinner. The waiter or possibly owner was very nice, he offered us a extra samosa cause me, my sister, and nephew each wanted one but it only came in a order of 2. We each ordered a lassi- i originally was going to just get a diet coke cause I am diabetic, he said he didnt have any but offered to go to the liquor store and grab one next door. I thought it was sweet but I really didnt want him to go thru all the trouble. So I opted for a non sweet ' salt lassi.' THIS was my fault for not thinking of how it taste- but it was very savory and salty so I didnt finish it- that was my fault not his for not considering that. Lesson learned. The food was delicious. I got the paneer, my sister got masala, my mom got daal, and my nephew got butter chicken. I asked for Nana cause I dont usually like rice but the rice was cooked so perfectly I actually ate it with my food. The paneer was delicious and my mom, sister, and nephew said their food was really good. The samosas were some of the best and the sauce that went with it was so fresh tasting. It was all delicious. It is no frills but the hole in the walls serve the most delicious food. And this was the best Indian food. The naan was the best I had in awhile. I would Def go back. If you care more about really good food over ambience dont overlook them! They are very good and the server or owner was very nice and accommodating.

This is some of the best Indian food around. The food is so fresh tasting and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The butter chicken and the garlic naan are the best around and I highly recommend them to everyone. Also the mango lassi is absolutely delicious. This was my first time having one but I would definitely order one again. Tip if you like a little spice ask for the green sauce on the side and mix it with the rice or spread it on the naan. I highly recommend if you love Indian food or want to try it food the 1st time this should be your first spot you try. All fresh food and not frozen.

Probably some of the best cooked food I've ever had. Don't even have to even qualify it as best cooked Indian food. Just straight up it is so well done! I had the butter chicken and man it was just so tender. Usually places will just have tough or dried out chicken, since it's swimming in sauce and hides it but this one. Man so good. Chicken so tender and juicy and flavorful, even outside of the sauce. Nana was killer, mango lassi super smooth and not too sweet, overall just a wonderful food experience. No AC in the place so a little hot. Fans doing work but still the place is warm. Regardless, fantastic food well worth getting

Today I had the pleasure of trying out little India for the first time as a suggestion from my girlfriend. I have to say I had had other restaurants but nothing quite as good and as of hidden of a gem as this place is. The prices were more than fair. Great I should say if you like Indian cuisine and you’re in the area you are missing out by not giving this place a try. I recommend 11/10

Really delicious food made to perfection! The malai boti lacked some flavor, it tasted more of the heavy cream than the spices, but the butter chicken was bomb! And the biryani was fabulous! Just the best biryani in town I’d say. This biryani style is Indian not Pakistani so it’s quite different in spice selection but it was the best biryani I’ve had around here and also had plenty of meat chunks not just bones.

I love, love the food here - some of the best I've had in the Chicagoland area! I have a huge appetite & subcontinent/South Asian fares are one of my favourite, as I've been eating them my entire life. I don't have to drive too far anymore to enjoy quality Indian cuisine 😌. The tandoori tikka, butter chicken, cheese naan, mango lassi, veg biryani & simosas were all a 10/10. The mint & tamarind chutneys are the unsung heroes which punched above their weight (chef's kiss) 🤌. The hospitality & professionalism were on another level! Our server Anna (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very friendly. Thank you, Little India team! 🇮🇳🍛

So many other people were recommending the buttered chicken however we got the lamb sagg and lamb korma. The food was phenomenal. The spices were very well balanced, and had good depth of flavor to them. I personally got mild on the lamb korma while the lamb sagg was a spice level of seven, it was spiced but still tolerable. We got the cheese naan and garlic naan and got a third round of cheese naan with garlic on top, DELICIOUS!! Everything was fresh! The gentleman who assisted us was very attentive and asked us if we needed anything he even let us try the mint sauce, which was a combination of mint cilantro and mango and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place. Definitely coming back!

An absolute flavor explosion—this is hands-down some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the aroma of fresh spices set the bar high, and the kitchen delivered on every front. The Butter Chicken was incredibly creamy with just the right amount of smoky char, and the Garlic Naan was pillowy, warm, and perfect for scooping up every last bit of sauce. We also tried the Lamb Rogan Josh, which was fork-tender and packed with deep, authentic heat.Even with a full house, the service was attentive and genuine. It’s rare to find a spot that hits the perfect balance of cozy atmosphere and high-end flavor. If you’re looking for a meal that feels like a warm hug but tastes like a gourmet feast, this is it

I had the pleasure of eating at Little India Restaurant, and it easily stands out as some of the best Indian food in the area. From the moment the dishes hit the table, you could tell everything was made fresh with care and attention to detail. The Chicken Tikka Masala was incredibly rich and creamy, with a deep, savory flavor and just the right level of spice that builds with each bite without being overpowering. The Chicken Vindaloo is a must try if you enjoy bold flavors the sauce had a perfect balance of heat and tanginess, and the chicken was tender and well marinated, soaking up every bit of that spice. The Chicken Biryani was another standout, both visually and in flavor. It came out vibrant and aromatic, with perfectly cooked rice layered with spices that complemented the chicken beautifully. Every bite had a mix of warmth, fragrance, and texture that made it hard to stop eating. We paired everything with their garlic naan, which was served fresh, soft, and slightly crisp on the edges, with a buttery garlic flavor that tied all the dishes together perfectly. It’s the kind of naan you keep reaching for without even thinking about it. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, with plenty of seating, making it a great place to bring a large family or group and share a variety of dishes together. The service felt attentive without being overbearing, adding to the overall experience. Overall, you can expect high quality, flavorful dishes made with consistency and care. I definitely recommend stopping by and trying a few different items on the menu, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll absolutely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.
